How can I schedule a tour to see the venue? 

Reservations are required for individual and group tours. Call or email us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

How many hours will I have for my Reception?

For an event, we have 2-6-2 rental fees. 2 hour set up, 6 hour event time, and 2 hour breakdown. Additional hours may be purchased, but all events must conclude by 11:00 pm.

Can I have my Wedding Ceremony at The View at Bluemont?

Yes, you may choose an outdoor patio ceremony or inside our ballroom.

What facilities does the venue provide?

We are a fully heated and air-conditioned venue with restrooms, all that are handicap access. We also offer on-site accommodations.

Do you have an area for the bridal party to change?

Yes, we have both a Bridal Suite and a Groom’s Lounge. Our bridal suite has built in hair/makeup areas with a kitchen and mini fridge. Our groom suite offers a large big screen TV with a full kitchen.

How many guests can The View at Bluemont accommodate?

Bluemont can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for a plated or buffet dinner. This also includes space for a dance floor.

How do I reserve Bluemont for my wedding?

Is WiFi Available?

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

The venue can be reserved with a signed contract and payment of the deposit fee. This can be done in person or arranged by phone or email.

Yes, we have WIFI available for guest, vendors

Yes! The View at Bluemont requires you to have a one day banquet licenses, but you can bring in all your own alcohol.

Is a wedding coordinator required?

Yes, we have an in-house company that you can use or you may bring in your own coordinator.

Do you allow candles or sparklers?

Yes! You are allowed to bring in candles as long as the flame is enclosed. 

Sparklers are also allowed. 

We do not allow cold sparks inside or outside the venue or fireworks. 

Are pets allowed?

Yes, they can be apart of your ceremony, but they are not permitted inside the venue. 

You must have someone handle the pets at all times while on property.

Do you provide table and chairs?

Depending on the package you choose, we can provide tables and chairs. All gold and silver packages include tables and chairs.

Is glassware, silverware, and plateware included?

Both our Gold and Silver packages include all the glassware, flatware and silverware.

Are linens included?

If you select a Gold or Silver package, then linens are included.

Are bartenders and severs included?

We have a full service catering staff and bartenders included in our Gold and Silver packages.

Can I bring in an outside caterer?

We have an in-house caterer with a variety of menus: American, Pakistan, Indian, Ethiopian, and others. 

If you choose an A la Carte package, you can bring in an outside caterer for a $750 fee.
